Gary Rosenshein is an accomplished Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with nearly three decades of experience in the mortgage and home loan industry. Since beginning his career in 1995, Gary has consistently been recognized among the top loan officers in the country by the Mortgage Bankers Association—an honor earned through his commitment to excellence, creativity, and client-focused service.

Gary serves homebuyers and homeowners throughout Roswell, Atlanta, Fulton County, Cobb County, and surrounding Georgia communities, offering expert guidance on a full range of mortgage solutions, including:

Originally from Charleston, Gary attended the University of South Carolina before building his career in the mortgage industry. He is married to Barbara Lincoln, an Atlanta native and partner attorney at Kitchens Kelly Gaynes P.C., specializing in commercial real estate and SBA small business lending. Together, they are active members of the community, and Gary holds leadership roles in multiple nonprofit organizations.

Outside of lending, Gary enjoys tennis, pickleball, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with his two dogs, Bingo and Charlie.
