A native Atlantan, Bruce grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia, and is a 1984 graduate of Appalachian State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He is active in multiple industry associations, his local church, and Rotary Club. Outside the mortgage world, he enjoys spending time with his two adult daughters, his beloved dog Bella, and riding his motorcycle across the United States.
