David James is a highly experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with more than 30 years in the mortgage and home lending industry. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida and a long-time Atlanta resident of over 30 years, David combines extensive local market knowledge with deep lending expertise to help borrowers secure the right financing solutions throughout Roswell, Atlanta, Fulton County, Pickens County, and the greater North Georgia region.

A graduate of Mercer University (1980) and the University of Georgia School of Law (1985), David spent six years practicing law in Atlanta before transitioning into residential mortgage originations. His legal background gives him a unique skill set—sharp attention to detail, strong analytical discipline, and the ability to guide borrowers through complex lending scenarios with clarity and confidence.

David has helped more than 3,000 families and individuals achieve homeownership or improve their financial position through refinancing. His expertise spans a full range of mortgage programs, including:
