About David
David James is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years. He graduated from Mercer University in 1980 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985.
He practiced law in Atlanta for 6 years and then switched careers to residential mortgage originations. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and his extensive knowledge, he has a solid understanding of the real estate market and knows how to find the best financing solutions to fit your specific needs.
He believes that the keys to success are attention to detail, proactive communication and providing “World Class Service” to each and every one of his clients. Over his successful career, he has helped over 3,000 individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership.
He has been recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia with Gold and Platinum Awards.
He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Pickens County Board of Realtors.
David has been married to his wife Julee for 40 years and they have two sons.
