A graduate of Mercer University, James has earned a strong reputation throughout Roswell, Cumming, Fulton County, Forsyth County, and the greater Metro Atlanta area for his strategic insight, operational excellence, and dedication to building high-performing mortgage teams.

With a deep understanding of the Georgia real estate and mortgage markets, James oversees critical areas of branch operations, team performance, customer experience, compliance alignment, and long-term growth strategy for Northpoint Mortgage. He is known for cultivating a culture of proactive communication, exceptional service, and streamlined processes—ensuring that every borrower who works with a Northpoint Mortgage loan officer receives a smooth, supportive, and transparent experience.
