Linda Stratton is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator with a rich background spanning more than 40 years across multiple sides of the real estate and home financing industry. Born and raised in Texas and a proud Texas A&M University attendee, Linda began her career in 1982 working for a title company before transitioning into a real estate closing attorney’s office when she moved to Georgia in 1986. In 2007, she made the leap into mortgage lending—during one of the most challenging years in the industry’s history—and has thrived ever since.

Now living in Eastpoint, Florida, after decades in Georgia, Linda serves homebuyers and homeowners across multiple states. She is fully licensed in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, giving her the ability to support clients relocating, purchasing second homes, investing, or refinancing across the Southeast.
