With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Paul Howard has built his career on far more than originating loans—he has built it on relationships, mentorship, leadership, and long-term growth. As a Senior Loan Officer and Business Development Partner with Northpoint Mortgage, powered by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Paul plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s presence throughout Roswell, Metro Atlanta, Fulton County, Cobb County, and surrounding Georgia communities.

Paul’s impact extends well beyond the loan process. While he provides expert guidance to homebuyers and homeowners seeking conventional loans, VA and FHA financing, jumbo mortgages, refinancing options, HELOCs, and new construction lending, his true passion lies in elevating people and developing teams.
